General Shipping:
Our shipping rate is based on our carrier: USPS, Fedex, UPS or other postal service, and is based on the package weight, size, destination and value. The shipping rate and delivery time will vary from provider to provider.
Exclude custom order, all other in stock orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm PST. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Damages/Lost Packages:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we do not have any responsibility for delay, damage or loss by the carrier. If you received a damaged package, please contact the carrier directly.
BackOrder:
Shipping time on backorder items will vary depending on the manufacturer. Subscribing to email is the best way for the latest information. If you placed an order on a backorder item, the item will automatically ship it to you when it’s in stock.
